Since the start of 2025, all new attachments have been fitted with a type plate featuring an integrated QR code. End customers can register their machine by simply scanning the QR code and gain direct access to the ILMER portal. This portal contains all relevant documents, including operating instructions, maintenance guidelines, technical data, and other important information. This enables faster, more flexible, and environmentally friendly access to essential documents without relying on paper manuals. The conventional manuals are thus completely replaced.

Dealers can access the portal ILMER via the website portal.ilmer.it. Registration is done by entering an e-mail address. This will be checked against our database. Every employee whose e-mail address is on file with us can use it to log into the portal and automatically gain access to all machines.Employees who require access to the portal can send us their name, function and e-mail address to marketing@ilmer.it.
